The SoHo Design package:
$1200.00 per 500 square feet of project space to be designed,
plus a $1700.00 designer retainer fee.
$10.00 pre square foot for projects less than 500 square feet in total, plus a $1000.00 designer retainer fee.
Referral Program:
We offer our clients the opportunity to save by
participating in our referral program. The program is only available to clients
whose projects are 2000 square feet in size or more. Participants in the referral
program will be billed at a a rate of $1000.00 per 500 square feet of their project, and a reduced
designer fee of $1200.00. All regular fees are payable before the project
commences. If a successful contract referral is made by the client before the completion of the project, the client will receive a rebate.
